Microdermabrasion can be performed right on spa premises; it's non-invasive with very little downtime.
Microdermabrasion techniques of the past used one of these two methods:

• Crystal microdermabrasion involves the blasting of microscopic crystals onto the skin's surface - crystals that can get stuck in the skin surface.
• Diamond microdermabrasion, the wand used in the procedure has a diamond-tipped head that acts as abrasive.

Our microdermabrasion ensures a safe, clean, pain-free process using the latest technology found in the Dermasweep.

The DermaSweep does not use diamond tip or abrasive crystals.  Dermasweep gently lifts the skin as the bristles "sweep away" the dead layer of skin in a precise and controlled manner. This eliminates the messy and painful crystals often used by other systems, plus this unique airflow design allows the vacuum pressure to be used in a safe yet increasingly effective manner to impact deeper layers of skin.

• The DermaSweep enables airflow through the bristles to allow the skin to be gently drawn into the bristle for a more effective and less irritating exfoliation.
• The result is a clean, consistently effective treatment. More importantly, patients see noticeable skin improvement with fewer treatments as well as increased efficacy as compared to other systems.

No aluminum oxide crystals, so there is no risk of particles remaining embedded in the skin.
